Captcha Error on Login !! Problem still remaing !!

    Hello,

    First, I want to say that I still didn’t understand why the login doesn’t work.

    The error message: “the answer to the question is incorrect” is displayed.

    So I desactivated the captcha on login in setup and the problem disappeared!

    But the problem is still remaining if I try to activate again the captcha on connexion.

    So please do you have any idea what could cause that?

    It is really important to understand that issue?

    Hi, can you carry out the following. Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen or Sixteen. This will confirm whether it is a theme issue or not.

    If this above does not detect the issue try a plugin conflict test. Deactivate all your other plugins and carry out a test.
