Captcha failed

    I have multiple sites using CFF, and lately I am getting several messages from users across these multiple sites that they get the “captcha failed” message and can’t submit the form. It has not been a problem in the past. All of these are using Recaptcha v3. Is this a known issue that will be solved in an update?
