    when i login at the first time, the plugin works like a charm.

    Some of my setting which already active before update to v2.7 are
    Enable Force WP User Logout feature at 1 hour.
    Max Login Attempts: 2 times

    When i automatically log out after 1 hour, i couldn’t login again. My captcha answer was correct but the plugin said the answer was wrong then locked me out.

    After change my ip, i login again. But when force to log out feature was logging me out. It happened again, the plugin said my answer was wrong.

    I’ve already changed ip 3 times and it still happened ??
    Any solution ?

    Mean while, i deactive captcha feature

    Hi,
    We have found a small bug in our captcha code which we have fixed and it will be available in the next updated version very soon.

    So for now please deactivate captcha until the next release.
    Apologies for the confusion ??

    @tingwe,
    Please download the latest version and try the captcha again and let us know how it goes.

    Hello!

    I have a brand new freshly installed wordpress site on a new hosting. The captcha feature of your plugin is not working at all for me.

    No matter how much i try to answer it, it always reports for me that my answer is wrong.

    Please your help would be greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks!

    P.S: I have the latest version of WordPress with the Latest version of your plugin.

    already update and captcha feature still not work.

    @tingwe

    I am confirming as well that the Captcha feature is not working under the following settings:
    – Latest WordPress Edition is used.
    – Latest Edition of the plugin is used.
    – Fresh Installation without the use of any other plugin.

    *In the meantime, all we can do is to disable the feature all together. For those who are facing the same problem, disable the plugin from phpmyadmin first then login normally. You might need to whitelist your IP from phpmyadmin as well if you got locked out already. Hope that helps in the meantime.

    @wpsolutions

    An update is highly appreciated!
    Thanks a lot for taking the time to read the posts.

    Same problem here, i had the plugin deactivated for the last days cause of captcha not leting me login and today i updated it since it was said that it got fixed. But still same problem.
    Is there a way to disable the captcha function only from database or plugin directory ? I would stil like to use the other options since those work just fine.

    Website: https://altfeldestiri.ro/ , if it helps, but i have the plugin deactivated.

    @poemihai

    Alright, try this:

    1. Clear your WordPress cache.
    2. Login and completely delete the plugin.
    3. Whitelist your IP from your database if you haven’t done that yet.
    4. Try to install it again and see if that works.

    Let me know how it goes…

    Regards

    @poemihai

    P.S: As a silly note, when you are activating the plugin again, adjust your settings without triggering the Captcha. It is not fixed yet.

    I can’t seem to reproduce this issue.

    @tingwe (or any of the other people with the same issue)

    Thanks for your reply. It is hard for me at the moment to give you an access to the site as i am working on some updates. However, it would be so kind of you if you can post the updates here on this thread in case someone else reached your contact details.

    Most probably i am not the only one with this issue.

    Thanks!

    Where does this plugin save it’s settings ?
    I have deleted it and it’s files 3 times already also removed from the database the 4 tables and it still keeps it’s settings after i reinstall and activate it.
    Of course emptied the cache and restored the htaccess file.

    Instead of trying to delete settings like that, use the reset settings button from the settings menu of this plugin.

    Hello everyone!

    Any updates in respect to the Captcha Problem?

    Thanks in advance for your help and extended support!

    @poemihai

    mra13 pointed out a nice feature in the plugin that you can reset its settings before deleting it – that i think will help you solve the issue. Hopefully though, the developers will the fix the problem and such an action won’t be needed.
