    Hi bhavtosh,
    i’m sorry but there is no any information that may help us debug your issue, it’s impossible to support localhost issues. Make sure that’s not a plugin or theme conflict and then try to clone your WordPress on some online place. Maybe something is wrong configured in your local server.

    I agree too as i found the captcha options are eithet filesystem or WordPress session.
    Though not clear but will try it online. thanks
