Captcha Image not showed, Can’t Access /wp-admin Login

  • Hello,

    Is anyone able to check the link of my admin WP site and tell me what’s wrong here?

    I went to usual URL to access my login, as I’ve done for years with little to no problem, but today I get a login page with CAPTCHA authentication? image without image which I can never find to type as letter.

    I refreshed many times after clearing caches but still same, and it also has this same image authentication without image, so I don’t know what to do.

    Have tried 3 different browsers, but it doesn’t change. Please help.

  • Hey, ayaka55, it looks like the SiteGuard plugin is enabled.

    I would recommend deactivating the plugin via FTP access, so that you may login again normally.

    If you don’t otherwise have FTP access, I would recommend reaching out to your web hosting company, so they may deactivate it on your behalf.

    Thank you, Ian! I could login finally after I deleted SiteGuard plugin. Do you recommend another plugin instead of SiteGuard? Or Do you know any way to use this plugin without this error??

    Hi,

    If those images aren’t showing, I suggest reaching out to the plugin’s developer about that. Odds are they might know more about what could be happening or if any others have had a similar experience with that.
