Captcha image showing as broken

Hi,

Yesterday I updated a clients WordPress installation up to 3.5.2 and also upgraded this plugin from 3.1.8.1

Had an email this morning from the client saying someone could not complete the form as the captcha was not showing.

Upon checking looks like the image isn’t being generated and looking at the url, it’s pointing to a 404.

Did the following

• Checked and set all permissions to 755, checked the Website and Blog Urls (both same)
• Checked the error log and nothing in there
• Also deactivated all the plugins, issue still occurred.
• Checked the theme, it was built on top of twenty eleven

In the end I reverted back to 3.1.8.1 to ensure the form can still be used, but interesting to know if anyone has had this issue with 3.1.8.2 onwards and whether this is a conflict with the plugin and wordpress?

Appreciate any help on this and I’m keen to stick with the latest plugin version if possible
