Captcha is not working

Hi,

Is it possible that some changes have been made to the plugin which is responsible for mailchimp form generating? Is the development environment identical on live and test sites (including captcha and mailchimp form versions)? The current captcha version is 4.1.7 and it has been released on 17 Dec 2015. Which version do you use? Please install previous plugin version and check how captcha works (https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/captcha.4.1.6.zip).

I have not did any change in code mean in both the plugins.
I am using same version of mailchimp and captcha on both environment test and live. Actually it was working also properly but suddenly some days ago I’m facing that problem.
just I have tried both the version of captcha plugin 4.1.5 and 4.1.6. but no effect.

Unfortunately, there is no opportunity to provide captcha compatibility with all existing plugins/themes which generate custom forms. Captcha plugin is not declared compatible with mailchimp, and we can help you with solving this issue, but it’s a paid service, since we need some time to explore third-party plugin.

Following this with eager eyes! We’re moving most of our sites to WP (we have a couple to go including our comparison/review site https://www.everythingloans.co.uk) and we have been having captcha problems on the ones we have moved. As we rely on comments to build our communities up I’m nervous to move anything that isn’t going to work straight from the start.
I’m pretty new to the WP world as we’ve always created in house but it looks like this forum will hopefully help me with any issues I come across.

We are having a similar problem, we have implemented your plugin alongside the following:

https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mc4wp-captcha/

Yet it would seem that any entry into the capcha field is allowed to pass through. You can see this on our development server in the sidebar. The first subscription box is the original embed code. The following is the new form generated by the plugins, as mentioned any capcha input is validated.

Yes, you’re right. We’ve visited your site and and made sure that the problem exists. Unfortunately, MailChimp for WordPress – Captcha plugin is not our product, it was developed by someone else (although they use our functional). You should contact their support service firstly. It is possible that the issue occurs because of some interaction nuances between MailChimp for WordPress – Captcha, Captcha by BestWebSoft and MailChimp for WordPress.
