    Hello,

    I’m having problem with the captcha. Even if you enter the right code there is a message saying “the captcha it is not correct” and you can go on with the reservation.

    Coould you kindly check what’s the problem.

    Hi,

    Please check the settings of the “cookie acceptance” plugin, it may be removing the captcha cookies. The captcha requires one cookie to validate the captcha code.

    Hello, thank you for your reply.

    I don’t think that the problem is due to “cookie acceptance plugin” because I’m using the captcha for more than one year without any problem and suddenly I encountered this problem and I cannot change anything in the cookie acceptance plugin.

    For the moment I disabled the option to have the captcha to avoid the problem but I would like to reuse it.

    Do you have any suggestion to solve it?

    Hi,

    I’ve re-checked and the captcha cookie is being removed before sending it to the browser. The problem may be either in the “cookie acceptance” plugin or in other feature removing the cookies. It may be also a “page speed optimization” feature or CDN option removing the cookies for image files.
