Captcha Not Working

Hi,

Not sure what to do. Very simply. I have Contact Form 7 and the message sends. I put the Captcha v2 key & secret key into the Integration area, save, and then the form doesn’t send.

Tried an inspection in a browser, but not sure what is blocking the Catcha tick box from popping up and then sending a message.

Any pointers most appreciated.
