    Hi,

I don’t see the captcha enabled at that page. If possible please publish a test booking form with the captcha enabled and send us the address of the test page through the following contact form to check it in iOS devices: https://apphourbooking.dwbooster.com/contact-us

Thank you for using the plugin!

I had to disable it because people were having problems with submitting their forms.

i tested it with the chrome developer console, set to iphonex and the form works. but when i tried it on my friend’s iphone, it won’t register the captcha, and kept requesting for a correct one.

I’m having similar issues. I tested in a Windows box as well with Chrome and Firefox. The Captcha is not working. Has there been a workaround? Or can the captcha be disabled?

    Hi,

The captcha can be disabled in the settings (booking form settings, tab #4 “Anti-spam”).

However if you can indicate the address of the page that contains the booking form we can check why the captcha isn’t displayed and provide a solution. If you prefer to not share the address of the page in this public forum then you can send it through our contact form: https://apphourbooking.dwbooster.com/contact-us

Thank you for using the plugin!
