Captcha now prevents site admin to add new user

    Running a multisite one of my site admins noted that he no longer is allowed to add a user to his site.

    From the control panel using the Users::add new he now gets “Error: : Please enter a valid CAPTCHA value.” even if Captcha is not present in that particular situation.

    What to do?
