Captcha on wp-login.php

Our provider added a captcha on the wp-login.php, so each time on login we have to enter an new combination of user/pass deadlock.
Sure, enough reason to prevent brute force attacks on the login, is there a way to have ithemes security not to use the wp-login.php ?
One suggestion would be to have wp-login.php renamed (like in plugin Rename wp-login.php) or rename as extra measure ?
