CAPTCHA suddenly no longer working

    You can see from the code that the captcha should be appearing.

    This is most likely due to a Javascript conflict on the page where you are having a problem. Could be either your WordPress theme or one of the other plugins you are using – see Contact Form 7 Email Issues – there is a link there that covers Javascript Conflicts.
