Captcha v3 not working on website

  • Hi, on the link the form is not working.

    The private and public key is correct and working on other domain (I create a new domain on google) but when I submit the form email does not start, forms does not be change status on “delivered” and with the inspection tools seems that there’s a problem on it.

    Could you verify?
