Caption does not shown if global config is empty

  • When I call a banner with [banner id="1"], it shows caption depends on the value of “Never Show Captions” in Basic options.

    1. If I don’t touch the option after installation, the banner does not show captions
    2. If I enable the option, the banner does not show captions
    3. But if I disable the option, the banner shows captions

    It is confusing because there is no visible difference between Case 1 and 3 on the settings page. Is that your expected behavior?
