Caption fades?

    Hello,

    Love the plugin, really nice versatile slider!

    But.. My one gripe is that the captions don’t fade, only the images. The very first caption fades in, but they don’t fade from one to the other, simply appear which ruins the fade effect of the image since I’ve given my captions 50% width and 100% height so the text is large on one side.

    Is there a way I can do this with CSS? Or is something wrong with my setup?

    Not easily. The sites under development but I’m also running a testimonials plugin now, along with a custom page template I’m positioning the testimonials over the slideshow so putting it back would be a pain.

    Standard install, no errors on page or back end, standard text captions using the nivo slider.

    I’ve read elsewhere that there are ways of hacking fades into the plugin for captions, so I guess I’m wondering if it’s something you’re planning on adding. If they are supposed to fade, once the site is live I can set up an extra page, put a slideshow up and link it here later if that’s helpful.
