Caption not working for no reason at all!

My captions are not working for no reason at all that I can find. I will publish post that needs the caption. The last photo is in need of one, and no matter what I do, won’t take one. Its like the image helper isn’t saving the caption line, bc each time I go back into it, that line is blank, even though I am clicking update.

Theme is twenty ten.
