    Hi @kubazabran

Usually when we see these types of problems it’s because another plugin is also adding Open Graph (OG) tags into your posts. SEO plugins can do this, or other plugins that are used to add various tags to your posts.

When you share a post on Facebook, or when Jetpack Publicize publishes a post to your Facebook page, Facebook crawls the page and looks for Open Graph meta tags in the head to build a complete post preview (with an image, title, description, …). Jetpack automatically creates these Open Graph Meta tags for you unless you already use another Open Graph plugin, in which case we let the other plugin handle things.

You can see what Facebook sees by entering one of your posts’ URLs in Facebook Debugger: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug

I would recommend using the URL above to figure out if the Open Graph Meta Tags are properly added to your site, or if something seems wrong with them.?Facebook doesn’t always like duplicate tags, so if another plugin is adding them, Jetpack will disable its own. ?

If you would rather just use Jetpack’s open graph tags, you can use this plugin to keep them on:

    hi @bruceallen

thanks for the answer. The OG Tags are fine, however. When I share the URL manually, it works correctly. Even when I check it using FB debugger.

    The problem happens randomly.

Do you suggest to use only jetpack open graph?

    Hi @kubazabran

I would recommend using only the Jetpack OG tags. If you are using something else, we can’t assist with troubleshooting. That said, I see the most recent posts from your site are posted without issue to Facebook.

Please let us know the next time you see an error and we can take a look.
