Captions dysfunction destroys image alignment

Using captions causes images to be aligned to the left. The caption description gets moved out of the caption id block. It can be fixed in html by putting the caption tag back where it belongs in the caption box works

[caption id="attachment_12808" align="alignright" width="168" caption = The IACFS/ME Treatment Primer took two years to complete"]

but sometimes it seems to revert and I would like not to do this manually…
