Captions for element “Image + Text”

Hi,
I’m using the block where you have an image and next to that a text.
That’s nice but I couldnt find where I can write down a image caption?
There’s only a field für Alt-Text but this is not displayed benath the photo.
When inserting in a block only a photo there is a field for the caption however.
