Captions over images in Gallery

  • Hi,

    I currently have images displayed in the Gallery in Onepress but am unable to make captions display over images on the homepage?

    Is this possible? I would like to add a hover effect so that when hovering over images text is displayed over each image.

    We don’t support change this, however you can copy this function : https://snippi.com/s/jzdlix0 Then replace it with onepress_gallery_html function in onepress/inc/template-tags.php

    Also remember backup this file first, because it will be lost if you upgrade.

    I wish this feature or some other styling was already implemented, the theme looks unfinished with the captions being spilled out everywhere like that.

    In fact there’s no styling on galleries at all and they look pretty awful at the moment. I am hoping to see a little fine tuning :D.
