Capture a (still) image from a webcam

Has anyone heard of a plugin that can capture a still image from a webcam from the post editing screen? I’m looking to do something like a picture directory–I’d set up a custom post type for a person, add their name, address, etc, and then click a button to capture their image from an attached webcam (just like at the DMV).

Any ideas?
