Capture Group

Is there a way to capture the group number on the input form? We’re having 3 different groups (Students, Parents, and Educators) enter testimonials and would like to separate them for displaying them on different pages.

Or do I need to manually assign groups based on what they enter in a custom field I create called “Student, Parent, or Educator?”
