    Hello! Firstly, I would like to congratulate you on the excellent tool you provide us.

    At the moment I’m having an inconsistency problem with abandoned carts. I use a webhook to receive identified abandoned cart data and then trigger it via WhatsApp. However, an abandoned cart is being identified whenever a customer completes a purchase. This doesn’t seem as expected.

    In the settings, I set the time limit to 300 minutes (5 hours) for a cart to be identified as abandoned. Still, I am facing this problem.

    What could be causing it and why does it happen?

    Hello @brjmichael,

    Is this issue happening with all abandoned orders or only with a few? Are users paying for the order within the time limit of 300 minutes, but the order is still being marked as abandoned?
