Capturing Email Addresses

I installed WP-Pro-Quiz with the express intention of capturing first names and email addresses in exchange for quiz results.
I created two custom fields, one for first name, one for email address.
The information is being captured before the results are being displayed.
How do I expert these values to either Excel or CSV or anything?
