Capturing older order reviews

    Hi,

    I am about to switch from a 3rd party review provider to Google Customer Reviews and am aware that I am about to lose all my previous reviews.

    I’ve spoken to Google to see if there is a way to import old reviews or to send review emails to past customers (something my current 3rd party provider allows) and they said no. They did say that I could see about integrating their opt-in code on my ‘view order’ pages and ask customers to log in and review their past orders.

    Is this something that your code could be hooked to do?

    What a great idea! Thanks for the suggestion. It was actually very easy to add that feature (1 more line of code).

    I just released an update that adds the survey opt-in to the View Past Orders page under My Account.
