    Hi, we are having problems getting one specific customer’s credit card to work. He insists there is a sufficient balance and that his bank is telling him that they can’t even see where any transaction is being attempted on this card. We’ve been using this payment form for over a year, though, and haven’t changed any coding, have used it for plenty of other cards. His bank is claiming the problem must be on our end, but I really don’t see how this can be the case. I have the system report and a few screenshots, though, if you can take a look at this:

    Everything looks fine with your site and system report – certainly nothing that would cause payments to get declined, etc.

    One thing that comes to mind is perhaps your customer is using an unsupported card https://stripe.com/docs/payments/cards/supported-card-brands. One other thing would be to ensure that the customer is entering the billing zip code attached to the card, and not their current address/location.

    I wish I had more to offer you, but I just can’t see any other issues at this point.
