Card discount with German VAT

    Hello,
    we have installed your plugin and have tried to get it to run on a separate server installation as a test-shop. So the above link is the testing link.
    We have setup the cart discount and want to give the customer a 10% discount if the gross turnover (incl. 19% VAT) is over 50,00 Euro.
    In addition to this we want to show the customer, how many Euro are missing to reach the 50,00 Euro limit.
    The promotion message is working so far and the numbers are shown correctly.
    Eg. if the current purchase value is 47,90 Euro, the promotion text says that 2,10 Euro are missing.
    But if the cart value is below 50,00 Euro, the plugin makes something wrong.
    E.g. the turnover value is 71,85 Euro, it only shows a discount of 6,04 Euro instead of 7,19 Euro.

    Let us know what we should do, please.

    Have you enabled multiple discount rules with the subtotal condition?
