card number incomplete

    Recently users with stored cards can no longer purchase using the stored card. The card is visible, but when placing an order you get an error that says “Your card number is incomplete.” This happens for new customers and old customers.

    Looks like you’re using the premium plugin, since the Checkout feature on Sidebar cart isn’t supported in the free version, is that right?

    Could you please open a ticket on this Support Forum instead? It could be a conflict and our dev team will definitely take a look at it for you.

    Yes – this is a premium plugin and I do have a purchase code. If you provided a link it did not come through but I will try and find the correct support forum in the meantime. thank you

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
