Career page is not loading

I am getting the following issue on the page with this issue on it:
“Application initialization failed, please check your app.json file: Http failure response for https://iscresources.com/wp-content/plugins/bullhorn-oscp/app.json: 404 OK”

What could cause this? What should I do to fix this problem.
