Careful no refund in case of failure

  • It imports the first product well but then it keeps saying “already imported”.

    Support says fast reply, which they do but no quick resolution – you cancel and no refund because they replied quick lol smart.

    It could be a great plugin so 2-stars

    Other plugins more expensive work well and offer real support.

  • You can not lie to people, they will read the support forum to see how our support is even with the free version of this plugin and all other plugins of us.

    You created your topic to report this issue(not really an issue because the message is sent as expected when a product was imported) on our support forum for premium version and you did not respond back after we replied https://prnt.sc/s078gc and now you call it “no quick resolution”. What a shame.

    And you are using premium version but you rate the free version so you are violating WordPress guideline, sure this review will be moderated.
