• I’ve been paying loads of money for months to this plugin without knowing it, don’t remember buying it, haven’t got any email saying it would nor have started charging any amount of money but being charged in my credit card for months. I really hope this plugin pays back all this money or explain what’s going on very well if that’s a correct company.

    I’m sorry that you’re having this issue but free version of the plugin doesn’t have any kind of billing that could be charging you any money.
    There’s a limitation in free version on how many images you can optimize per run but there’s no any kind of charge to the number of images that you have optimized, or any other payment for that matter.

    The only way this could have happened is if you registered an account for a Pro version directly on our site and entered your Credit Card details in order to use Pro features.

    I see that you have already sent us an email about this so our accounts team will take this over and contact you there to see what happened.

    Yes.
    I have no email talking about any charge, any amount, besides my credit card bills.
    It is a lot of money.
