Update: Caching issue | Resolved

I updated today from 1.9.14 to 1.9.16 and it destroyed the design of the entire website.
Fortunately I made a backup of the site and was able to revert back to 1.9.14.
Be very careful when you update!*******************
Update: It was indeed a caching issue, thanks for pointing that out.
After disabling Hypercache I ran the update again and everything went smoothly.

I don’t have anyone reporting a bug with 1.9.16.I would love a chance to support your issue and understand what might be causing this. Perhaps some cache needed to be cleared?
