hi I’m sorry if you faced problems BUT this plugin never applies permanent changes, so if you deactivate it, nothing is added to the site pages. More, even when active, nothing is added if not configured on the admin panels.

if you added code using this plugin, check if you have a page cache that needs to be purged.
