I purchased this plug-in because it has the ability to organize not only media but posts and pages as well. I’d been struggling with getting it to work, doing the plug-in roulette to see which was causing the problem. I reached out to Premio through the Premio Facebook Page’s messenger out of frustration and was surprised at how fast they responded.
Through conversation, they offered to troubleshoot, so I set them up a user account so they could review how everything was setup. Once adjusted everything is now working fantastically.
They were patient, friendly and efficient, which is high praise in today’s WP environment.
I will be recommending them.
