Caring & helpful support

I very much appreciated the promptness & helpfulness of the support I received from the Jetpack ‘Happiness Engineers’. Following their suggestions was delayed at my end as I had more pressing issues which arose & took priority, but the support staff said ‘take you time & let us know”.,I felt they were genuinely interested in getting my issues sorted out. Daniel was the last I had contact with, but Bob & Alin were good too. Things can get a bit disjointed when support personnel change, but this did not occur. Thank you to all involved. Regards Cuppa
