Carousel by product tag is not displaying (Critical)

    Hi

    I bought the premium version of this plugin USD 69.99 to display a carousel by woo-commerce product tag, but I found that the carousel is not displaying on the page (after I created the shortcode and publish it on the page), but nothing is showing up.

    I have raised 2 support tickets on this issue, but the team didn’t come back to me and solve this issue.

    Anyone here can help with this?
