I’d like to ask for some help on displaying the carousel in our custom theme.
Actually, Post Slider, Post Carousel, and Post GridBox Slider all have this issue.
I’m not sure why but the content in the carousel is always hidden and stack together, as if there’s no flex-box effect.
I’ve tried to put the shortcode on a page and call the shortcode from a .PHP file, carousel can’t work for both situations but others can.
I have another carousel from another plugin (MetaSlider) and it works fine so I’m not sure about the problem.
Would be great if you could provide some suggestions.

    Hi @jtweng

    Sorry for my late response.

Thanks for the web page link. It looks like that plugin java script is not coming so slider is not going to be initialized.

As per web page you have purchased premium version so please drop us a mail or ticket from our website or via plugin. I will take a look at it and try to understand the scenario.
