Carousel displays in preview BUT NOT when viewing the page

    Hello Shortcodes Ultimate Team!

    I have included a carousel on this page: https://www.eqnomics.org/ztest/

    and although I can see the slider working perfectly when I click on “Preview” in order to see my changes, once I click “Publish” and look at the page, as you will also, the slider container and navigation appears BUT without any images!

    It is like it is invisible!

    Can you please advise a solution to this as your plugin is great and would love to continue using!

    I’m having the same kind of issues, but only when viewed through a mobile browser. Just gray boxes instead of images. Works fine on desktop and tablet versions. Not much help, but commisserating I guess.

    Same problem here, preview is ok but when published only the arrows are shown, not the images.

    A hint in an old support-post to change folder-rights to 777 on the cache-folder didn’t work, because there’s no cache-folder anymore?

    I don’t know if it is the right way and also not, if it works in all sites, but for me I found the solution by adding the following CSS in the ‘Custom CSS’-Area of the PlugIn-Settings (or the css of a child-theme):

    .tc-smart-loaded[style] {
  opacity: 1 !important;
}

    After that it works on my site.

    While searching for a possible solution I found that some of the others also use the Customizr-Theme, but I could not verify that.
