Carousel doesn’t restart on mobile

It’s possible that after your tap, the browser registered it as if it hovers your slide. Please make sure that you uncheck the Hover Pause feature in your slideshow’s Advance Settings – https://share.getcloudapp.com/kpuJbKy8

Thanks for the quick response. I do not have Hover Pause selected. But the carousel still won’t restart on-tap on my Android. Does it work for you?

Just checked on someone else’s iPhone. Same issue.

Sorry, I apologize but 3.27.4 went out and our team wasn’t able to squeeze the fix into this release. I’ll make sure we do fix this in 3.27.5.
