From what I can tell by looking at your site, it’s because both the wrapper div and the left-column div are set to 100% width. That makes it hard for Owl to calculate exactly how wide it needs to make itself to fill the available space. Try adding this to your custom CSS:

.post-wrap-out1 {
max-width: 1600px;
}

That should limit the left-hand column so Owl Carousel can calculate correctly. Let me know how that goes.
