Carousel height error, visual bug?

    Hi!

    I have had this problem for several months now and have not been able to fix it. I have used the normal image carousel (not PRO version) and everything works normal within the Elementor interface. The problem comes when I enter my website and when the page loads the carousel shows the images with an exaggerated height (a large empty space) that is only removed when moving to the next image in the carousel. It only happens when the page is loaded, once that empty space disappears it doesn’t appear again.

    I share the screenshots and a video (by Google Drive link) so that you can see how that empty space is gradually reduced.
    How can I solve that? Thanks a lot

    Hi @jossmo

    I suspect this happens because the images are lazyloaded which causes the carousel not to get the proper resolution of them when the page is loaded.

    So, could you please make sure lazyloading images is disabled, check again and let me know if it did the trick?

    I don’t know where to change the lazyload settings. I installed “Code Snippets” plugin looking for disable the lazy load with a function.php code but isn’t working. The problem is still there.

    Please share a screenshot of the installed plugins. You can find a list of the active plugins on your WP Dashboard -> Premium Addons -> System info tab.

    Hi!

    I apologize for the delay in my response and I really appreciate that you can still support me with this situation.
    I share the screenshot of my installed plugins (texts in spanish). I also found out that the carousel doesn’t display on mobile devices.
