Carousel not center in mobile

    I am testing the plugin on local and noticed that there are some problems:

    1. I think it is not compatible with astra theme. Although I tested with wordpress default themes, but the problems were there, too.
    2. 2. Carousel is not centered.
    3. . Navigation dots are not shown in desktop and are shown wrong on mobile and tablet.
    4. 3. It is better to add an option to hide star ratings and also align it to center

    5. Pre and next navigation buttons are not shown. You should tap once for them to appear.

    6. I also think that it’s better the title of each slide be more near the slider

    I switched to free version.
    This is a test site to see how it is working.

    would you please tell me if you fix this issues in future updates? Because I saw that the same issues exist in free version.

    • the most important are:
    • slider in not centered in mobile (the same issue is said in previous topics by another user)
    • navigation dots not working in mobile
    • star rating is not centered
    • there is no option to hide star ratings

    I see that you are using the commercial version of the plugin.

    If the developer or their support folks support any customer on this site, they risk getting into real trouble here. That can include losing their plugins on this site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    You are their paying customer. You literally paid for support and again, the developer cannot support any customer here.

    Use the option you paid for. You may get marquee support directly from them as that’s what you paid for.
