Carousel or Slider on Homepage

  • I’d like to have 13 images in a carousel at the top. The slider will only take 4 photos and when I hit “add slide” nothing happens. Anyone have ideas? Can you have 13 slides?

    Hi!
    Thanks for reaching out! You shouldn’t have issued adding 13 slides. What version of the theme are you running? Are you issues uploading photos or adding more content anywhere else on your site? Do you know what version of PHP you’re using and what your PHP memory is?

    Hi Hannah, Thanks for the reply! It’s Virtue 3.4.1. theme. It says an updated version is available but I’m afraid if I update it it will change the design of the website. It has space to upload 4 slides and a button that says “add slide” but that button does nothing. When you hover over the button it says “javascriptvoid(0);” I do not know about PHP. Thanks

    Hey,
    Your settings should be saved with updating and the design should not shift. You could reach out to your host and make sure they have the ability to back up for you in case there is a conflict with another plugin and the new update. You can also ask your host what version of PHP you’re running.
