Thanks for providing the web page link.

Have you assigned the image to post “Featured Image” setting? When you edit the post, at right hand side section you can see “Featured Image” setting.

Please assign the image in that and plugin will display it.

Is it a must that I should set Featured Image to be the image shown, can it be the first image in the post?

Right now plugin only works with featured image. You have to assign the featured image for each post.

I will consider your request as a featured request and will try to add it in future update.
