Carousel video works in Firefox but not works in Chrome

  • Hi,

    I′m having a problem with the carousel option. It not works in Chrome but works perfectly in Firefox.

    In Chrome, when i click in play button, the video does not start.

    Hi, does it play if you click twice? The first click will load the YouTube player then the next click will play video. Check the Preload a video checkbox in Show Options > Player section of YourChannel edit form (This should pre-load the YouTube player so the first click will play video).

    It doesn′t play if I click twice.

    I test the preload video option, but plays correctly the first video of the carousel, but the other videos have the same problem

    Does it load YouTube player after the first click, can you see the YouTube’s red play button?

    Yes, in the first video I can see the Youtube’s red play button and in the second click the video start.

    But in the others videos of the carousel, I click several times and nothing happens.

    This problem is with Chrome. In Firefox works perfectly!

    I was trying with “slider” option.

    Now i’m trying with “carousel” option and I have the same problem. The first video loads perfectly but when I click in the thumbnails in bottom nothing happens.

    In Firefox its all ok, the problem is in Chrome.
