Carousel won't load on mobile

Hi there-
On my home page the carousel will not load on mobile. I tried deactivating all plugins and it still happened. https://freeocean.ru/
site password is abcd1234 use that for access.
Also here is a pic of what I see on my phone and it never does load.
I have an iphone 6+ on ios8
