• Hi,

When I post an existing text in the body field of a new entry I get these returns. Although I got rid of
’s and use to delimit my paragraphs. It’s not really an option to clean up the text manually. How can I tweak this?

And in my titles I would like WP to hyphenate when words are too long. Is this possible?

Last: I can’t open my language .mo file using Notepad. What should I use then?

Thanx for the help!!
Peter

• 1. You can use the wp-unformatted plugin.

2. I’m not sure how to hyphenate.

3. Use Crimson Editor instead of notepad. It is free and so much better. Even has syntax highlighting.

Thanx for the tip YardOBeef. Unfortunately, I installed Crimson (Should have done that longtime already) but it only reads som tech bla in the file – not the actual lang data. Strange.
The hyphenate is like for example when the word “marathon” wouldn’t fit on the first line of the title anymore and it should be mara-(new line) thon?
Is it still possible to use for example and etc wit the unformatted plugin?

Are you looking for something that would hyphenate the title, or the text in the body? Have you tried looking for plugins at WordPress Plugin Database, WordPress Plugin Repository, or the WordPress Codex?

As for the unformatted plugin, all it does is prevent WP from formatting your body text automatically. You will be able to manually write your post. You add a custom field to the post and set it to 1 or 0 if you want the plugin be enabled for that particular post or not.

You can’t read the languate MO file because it is a binary file. Check this page out for more info, Localizing WordPress.

Maybe this is what you might be looking for, but I’m not really sure:
