    Hi,

    I would like to indicate the carrier and the tracking number of the package to my customer in the email indicating that the order has been shipped.

    I would like to know if it is possible to indicate this without using a plugin or by sending an additional email to the customer by filling out a note in the order page concerned.

    By default, WooCommerce does not send a “order has been shipped” email. Are you using a different plugin to send them? If you are, which one is it?

    Or do you want to add this information on the “order confirmation” email?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
