Cars for Sale not loading on page

Despite adding the permalink and trying the /cars-for-sale, I cannot get cars to load on my sales page. The search widget shows up and if I click search, my two dummy cars populate on the left side bar. But I cannot seem to get the cars to the main part of the page.

Also, after multiple attempts – is not populating as /cars-for-sale-2. I’ve tried both. Neither work.
